Bring-In Service customer places a call to the help desk. If the malfunction cannot be repaired by the help desk technicians over the phone, the customer is asked to bring the defective device to a qualified service point (service partner or repair center). Fujitsu Technology Solutions handles everything else, the cost for the labor, the required materials or replacement parts. The cost and risk of the transport to and from the service point (service partner or repair center) is borne by the customer. |
